Welcome to RescueX, operated by RescueX Care Pvt. Ltd. ("RescueX", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the RescueX mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using RescueX, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the RescueX platform.

1. About RescueX

RescueX is an on-demand roadside assistance platform that connects users with independent roadside service experts for services including:

• Flat tyre and puncture repair
• Battery jump-start
• Fuel delivery
• Towing assistance
• Minor roadside repairs
• Other vehicle assistance services

RescueX acts as a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and service providers.

2. Eligibility

To use RescueX, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate booking details.
• Provide the correct service location.
• Treat service experts respectfully.
• Pay applicable service charges.
• Not misuse or interfere with the platform.

You must not:

• Submit false bookings.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use RescueX for illegal activities.

4. Service Availability

RescueX aims to connect users with nearby service experts as quickly as possible.

However, service availability depends on factors including:

• Expert availability
• Weather conditions
• Traffic
• Location coverage
• Technical issues

We do not guarantee that service will always be available or completed within a specific time.

5. Pricing and Payments

Service charges may vary depending on:

• Vehicle type
• Service requested
• Distance
• Time of day
• Local market conditions

The final amount may be communicated before or during service.

Where applicable, payments may be made through cash, UPI, or other supported payment methods.

6. Cancellations

Users may cancel a booking before the service expert arrives.

Repeated abuse of cancellations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

If a service has already begun, cancellation charges may apply where permitted.

7. User Content

If you upload photographs, reviews, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to share it.
• The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• The content is not offensive, abusive, or misleading.

RescueX may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, text, and other content available through RescueX are owned by or licensed to RescueX Care Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

RescueX provides a platform that connects users with independent service experts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RescueX Care Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Delays in service
• Vehicle damage caused by third parties
• Personal injury
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Users acknowledge that roadside services are performed by independent service providers.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Abuse the platform or service experts.
• Use RescueX unlawfully.

11. Privacy

Your use of RescueX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of RescueX after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
